We begin through a discovery process. We first review the current program which creates a picture for us. We follow with the collection of data to best understand the risk and exposure to loss. We then develop a comparable plan with recommended improvements. Once agreed upon, we implement the program and introduce added support specialists who will facilitate ongoing support. The program is monitored for continued success and ongoing adjustments are made as appropriate.
